COVID-19 LWBJ Response
Providing the highest level of customer service is our goal, and at the same time doing what we can to make sure our employees and their families are safe. LWBJ has encouraged our employees to work from home starting on March 17th through the end of the month. Our office will remain open during this time. Our partner group is monitoring the situation on a daily basis and will revise our plan as circumstances warrant.
We utilize key technology tools and have a culture of flexibility that enables our employees to efficiently and effectively provide client service remotely. Our business units remain focused on meeting our deadlines.
We are implementing social distancing and have discontinued non-essential travel. If you’d like to meet in person we’ll do everything we can do to accommodate you. As an alternative, we can meet via phone or video conferencing, and we can receive documents and other information a number of different ways:
- Drop off at our front desk or email us
- Through our secure file transfer program
We are requiring employees who are ill or who live with individuals that are ill to stay home. We will follow CDC guidance if one of our employees is in contact with someone who has been exposed or diagnosed with COVID-19, or travels to a designated infected area.
We are also monitoring proposals related to extending tax payments and will update you once final.
